We called Advanced Stairlifts Limited when our stairlift failed soon after being repaired by another company.
Graham, the engineer we spoke to told us he was busy but would remain in contact by 'phone to let us know when he could get to us that day. True to his word he was with us by mid afternoon. He gave the stairlift a comprehensive examination, explaining what he was doing and why. He explained what had happened and was able to resolve the problem. He was patient and calm and totally reassured my 87 year old father who is reliant on the stairlift.
We've just experienced another blip, but Graham was available to resolve the issue over the 'phone, going through the steps needed to get things moving again.
Our experience with Advanced Stairlifts has been great. It's been like finding someone who values both the customer, excellent care and has a great work ethos.
